NOTICE

Admission – 2010 – 2011 (Class I)

The 11^th List of provisionally selected children for admission to class I for the academic year 2010 – 2011 in this Vidyalaya is annexed.

The list is provisional and subject to production of documents substantiating the facts mentioned in the Registration form submitted.

Admission secured on the basis of wrong certificate shall be cancelled by the undersigned forthwith and no appeal against such action shall be entertained.

The parents of the selected children are to submit the original documents of the following

1.                  Date of Birth Certificate along with a photocopy affixing thereon the signatures of both Father and Mother.

2.                  Certificate of being Ex-serviceman and Discharge Book, if applicable.

3.                  Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe Certificate, if applicable.

4.                  OEC / OBC certificate in original to be submitted for school record if applicable.

5.                  The Affidavit should be produced for Single Girl Child admission.

The child is to be presented during admission.

Admissions will be effected on or before  28-04-2010(Wednesday) from 09 30 hrs to        12 00hrs.

An amount totaling Rs.745/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Forty Five only) towards (Admission Fee of Rs.25/- and Rs.720  Towards Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi for the months of April 2010 to June 2010) is to be paid at the time of admission.

Classes to class I  commenced on  07-04-2010 at 09 00hrs.

After admitting the children in the 11^th  list, if the vacancies exist, next list will be declared at 15 00hrs on 28-04-2010.
